Visibility was minimal yesterday morning as a heavy mist shrouded the Island after heavy precipitation on Tuesday and overnight into yesterday. A Weather Service meteorologist said last night that low clouds approaching from the south met with increased humidity causing the misting, which took longer than expected to clear.
