BSC stock jumps $1.75: WEEKLY STOCKS UPDATE

Bermuda Computer Systems made the biggest move jumping $1.75 to close at $12.
The 52 week high was a 17.1 percent gain. Ahead of the gain, BCS, which sells and provides services for IBM computers, had announced record fiscal year profit.
In other information system company trading, Internet provider BSL Holdings fell 50 cents closing at $4. BSL had announced a fiscal year loss of $2.3 million. Staples fell 12.5 cents closing at $7.875.
Bank of Butterfield and Bermuda Home each edged up 12.5 cents closing at $9.125 and $7.125 respectively.
BF&M preferred gained 50 cents closing at $9.
Belco, Telco, Argus, Bank of Bermuda, Bermuda Commercial Bank and Bermuda Press (Holdings) were unchanged.
Total volume was $752,426.75.
The index closed up 3.40 points at 914.27, gaining back last week's loss.
