The Royal Gazette/BSX Index today closed unchanged at 1,958.57.

The Bank of Butterfield was static at $32 after 1,125 shares traded.

Investment holding company Somers Ltd was also unchanged at $13.75 after 200 shares moved.

On the New York Stock Exchange, Butterfield rose 22 cents, or 0.7 per cent, to $31.87.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day down 7.04 points, or 0.38 per cent, to 1,866.75.
