A 19-year-old man was injured in a shooting in the area of Cable Hill, Devonshire, yesterday.

Initial information suggests the man was taken to hospital with an arm injury which is not thought to be life-threatening, according to police.

The incident happened at about 1.20pm, near North Shore Road.
