Gorham's True Value will give away thousands of gold lapel pins which read "Bermuda'' in an effort to tap the sales skills of the thousands of people who travel overseas on business.
Gorham's general manager Rod Ferguson noticed the interest his own lapel pin generated when he was travelling on business but discovered he could not find any like it.
After speaking to the Tourism Department he went ahead and bought 20,000 of the pins which are now available at Gorham's True Value on St. John's Road in Pembroke.
To get one, simply go to the store and give the receptionist your business card. That card entitles you to a pin.
Tourism Minister David Dodwell thanked Gorham's for its community spirit and generosity in helping to promote tourism.
