Shares of KeyTech Ltd improved 45 cents, or 18 per cent, to $2.95 after 1,000 were traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

Also improving were shares of Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd, the parent company of The Royal Gazette, which rose 10 cents, or 1.4 per cent, to $7.10 after 300 changed hands.

The only other stock traded during the day was Argus Group, with 2,000 shares being exchanged, but with no change to the closing price of $4.95.

On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank fell 46 cents, or 1.63 per cent, to $27.75 after 117,075 were traded.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed at 1,772.63, up 6.31 points, or 0.36 per cent. The BSX Insurance Index improved 10.66 points, or 0.62 per cent, to 1,719.52.
