Kristen Beasley has joined Willis (Bermuda) Ltd as senior vice-president of healthcare.

She was previously at Allied World Assurance Company, where she was chief operating officer and senior vice-president, medical practice lead, for North America.

In her role at Willis (Bermuda) she will have operational and managerial oversight of the company’s healthcare unit and report to Paul Scope, chairman of Willis (Bermuda).

Mr Scope said: “Kirsten has been a respected figure within the Healthcare community for over 15 years and she brings with her a depth of experience and technical knowledge. Kirsten’s addition to our team showcases our investment in providing top-level service to our clients and serves to reinforce our continued commitment to the Bermuda market.”

Ms Beasley’s former roles within Allied World included oversight of their European and Asia-Pacific healthcare teams. Prior to joining Allied World she worked at Marsh.
