David Lambert from Bermuda Fire & Rescue triumphed in Saturday’s Bermuda Strongman Competition, organised by fitness brand Find Your Grind.
Contestants locked horns in a series of gruelling challenges from 11am to 4pm on the top of the Bull’s Head Car Park in Hamilton — including a car pull and a 500-pound tyre flip. Saltus Grammar School student Tenneson Telemaque, 15, emerged victorious in the youth category.
