Owing to technical difficulties, the E-Tax system will not be accessible today as previously anticipated, the Bermuda Government announced yesterday.

Taxpayers will be able to file and pay their April to June 2016 payroll tax returns from 8am on Friday, July 22.

The deadline for filing and payment without penalty is 11.59pm on Wednesday, July 27.

Anyone who requires an extension is advised to submit a request in writing to the Tax Commissioner.
