Ascendant shares rise 1.9%

Ascendant Group shares rose 10 cents on the Royal Gazette/BSX Index
Utilities firm Ascendant rose 10 cents, or 1.9 per cent, on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.
The move came after 20,000 shares worth a total of $107,000 traded.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed up 0.96 points, or 0.08 per cent, at 1220.47.
The BSX Insurance Index dropped 4.18 points, or 0.25 per cent, to 1663.58.
