Belco to conduct customer research

Belco will be conducting a series of small group discussions with its customers in an effort to “improve customer experience”.
Total Research Associates, which will carry out the research in June, is creating discussion groups representative of Belco’s customer base, through a recruitment telephone call.
In a statement, Belco advised this will involve a series of demographic questions, but that all information will remain confidential.
