Tool maker.

Shareholders approved reincorporation in Bermuda on May 9. Vote subject to investigation.

Cooper industries

Global manufacturer of electrical products, tools and hardware.

Shareholders voted to reincorporate in Bermuda on May 14

Leucadia National

Currently headquarters in Park Avenue South, New York.

Financial services holding company engaged in banking, lending, and insurance.

Nabors

Global industrial company and the world's largest operator of land-based oil drilling rigs.

Headquartered in Delaware

Shareholders will vote on June 14 on reincorporation in Bermuda.
