An article in Friday's issue of The Worker's Voice claims front desk manager Nagma Walker wrote a memo suggesting some of her staff were "dumb people''.

The memo deals with room assignments for guests and instructs staff members that a certain code means do not move the guests. Underneath the instruction the memo states: "For the dumb people, leave this room alone.''
