Residents are being invited to “dance walk” their way around the Botanical Gardens this weekend for a healthy dose of fun and exercise.

Preparations for the second annual Masterworks AOK dance walk in the park event will begin at 2.30pm on Sunday with a performance by the In Motion Dancers and a Zumba warm up.

Then at 4pm participants will set off on a two-kilometre course following DJ Felix as he plays music from the back of his DJ-mobile.

The event, which has been organised by Masterworks AOK Fitness Fundraising and further sponsored by EY, will also involve prizes being given out for best dancer and best costume.

Tickets can be purchased on raceday.com or ptix.bm. The cost is $30 per adult, $15 per child, and children under age five are free.
