The new four-storey office building will be located at 110 Pitts Bay Road.

A spokesman for the company said no specific plans have been drawn, rather the shell of the building has been approved and they will now sit down and get to the real work of designing the inside to meet their requirements.

BF&M are expected to occupy some of the space themselves but the spokesman said if there was excess space, they would consider leasing it to separate companies.

And it could be some time before the final building plan goes to the DAB for approval.

The planning board reserves for its final approval all details relating to design and external appearance of the building and landscaping of the site.
