Sean's a serious contender
Sean Kelly has attended Mount Saint Agnes Academy for 13 years and will be graduating in June. He has been an honours student throughout his four years of high school. Since 1999, he has been a recipient of the general excellence award, and in 2000 he was inducted into the National Honour Society.
In grade nine, Sean received an award for the best average in foreign language, and the following year he received the award for attaining the highest exam average.
But Sean does not only excel in academics, he is also a contender in the sports area. He has been a member on the MSA basketball, volleyball and soccer teams for four years, the squash team for three and badminton for two. This year he was chosen to be a member of the all-star basketball team.
Being very well rounded, Sean has also been involved in the MSA glee club, and debate team for four years. In grade nine he participated in the quiz competition and has completed his bronze, silver and gold awards as part of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
In his senior year, Sean was elected as secretary/treasurer of the class and also became a special minister of the church.
Sean's diligence and talent have proven to be an asset to the school and students. So many students have benefitted from his understanding and he is always willing to lend a helping hand. Not only is he an intelligent hard worker, but he also exerts a constructive influence on the students of the Mount Saint Agnes Academy family.
