Black Watch Pipe Band Marks 1848 Outbreak

The pipes and drums of the Black Watch make a return to Black Watch Well, dug by volunteers from the regiment during a drought and yellow fever outbreak in Bermuda in 1849. The Black Watch are now the 3rd Battalion, Royal Regiment of Scotland.(Photographs by Akil Simmons)
