Police are appealing for witnesses to a house invasion by a gun-wielding group of men.
A Police spokesman said investigations are on-going into the attack, which took place Monday in Southampton. No arrests have been made.
Shortly after noon, the South Road residence was stormed by four men, two apparently with firearms. The intruders fled the scene on foot, leaving the occupant unharmed.
Police could later be seen searching around Cross Bay, which is overlooked by the neighbourhood.
