Reading programme
entitled `Reading Relay' kicks off today.
The summer reading programme, which is open to children age five and up, will feature story times, movie marathons, craft days, a teddy bear picnic and much more.
Gold medals, certificates and prizes will be presented to children who complete the July 6 to August 14 programme.

*** In celebration of 20 years of service to Bermuda's children and families the Child Development Programme will host a `Fun Morning' this Saturday with story-telling by Florenz Maxwell.
Children under the age of four years and their care givers should take their places in the garden of the Children Development Programme, at 37 Palmetto Road in Devonshire (across from the bus garage), by 10.30 a.m.
Organisers urge patrons to bring a blanket or towel to sit on and insist that the event will take place rain or shine.
*** The Surf Club, on Front Street in Hamilton, has relit the grill and is once again serving dinner five nights a week.
The steak/sushi/brewed-on-premises beer and Jimmy Keys combo, that proved so popular over the Club's opening weekend, is back in full force.
