Foodies in Bermuda have the chance to watch a live cooking demo by celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson at his self-titled restaurant.

The demonstration will take place at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess & Beach Club on Friday, September 11, on the patio outside the Marcus’ restaurant.

As the restaurant opens for lunch on September 8, chef Mr Samuelsson will be preparing two items from his new lunch menu — allowing attendees the opportunity to taste his interpretations of traditional dishes.
