Bermuda CableVision chief Terry Roberson has left the firm.

The move comes only weeks after the cable TV company joined forces with internet provider Logic under the KeyTech banner.

Now KeyTech CEO Lloyd Fray has taken over as acting CEO of Logic.

A spokeswoman for Logic said: “We can confirm that effective July 31, Terry Roberson has retired as CEO and is no longer with the company. We wish him well in his future endeavours.”
