Red and blue or blue and blue — as far as the Family Centre is concerned, the real winners this Cup Match will be the people who need help the most.

The charity is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its ribbon tag day, created in 1995 to raise vital funds for the organisation by Brenda Richardson, one of its former board members.

Ribbons will be available at numerous locations across the Island, while companies are hosting internal denim days and other activities, all designed to generate cash for the Family Centre. Some people have purchased cow bells to take to the game and ring as they cheer on their favourite team.
