Bermuda International Long Term Insurers and Reinsurers (BILTIR), the Bank of Bermuda Foundation, KPMG, Renaissance Re and XL Catlin won recognition for their support of the Centre on Philanthropy.

Those organisations were presented with the Foundation Circle Award at the Centre’s Member Appreciation Reception, as thanks for their help through grants, sponsorships, membership fees and in-kind gifts over the past fiscal year.

The annual event took place on Thursday, June 25.

Elaine Butterfield, executive director, said in a statement: “Our non-profit partners are the warriors in the community, providing critical programmes and services. This event is to recognise them, their partnership and vital contribution that they make to our community.”
