Panel looks at fraud and fraud investigation
Fraud and fraud investigation, and how businesses and organisations can respond with effective fraud risk management strategies, will be discussed at a free public event on Thursday.
The panel discussion, which is part of the Department of E-commerce’s TechTalk initiative, supported by the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce and the ISACA Bermuda Chapter. It will be held at the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club and feature four guest panellists from KRysSGlobal, Clarien Bank, Deloitte and the ISACA Bermuda Chapter.
Investigating fraud, either internally or with external advisers, will be among the areas of discussion, which will also look at defining fraud and spotting red flags, fraud response plans, fraud investigation methods and tools, and fraud reporting.
The panel will feature Matthew Clingerman, managing director of KRyS Global, Brett Henshilwood, partner, enterprise risk management at Deloitte, Henry Komansky, Clarien’s group head of anti-money laundering, and Shan Senanayake, president of the ISACA Bermuda Chapter.
Panel discussion moderator will be Sheridan Smith, director of management services/information technology at the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
