Legislation altering the Island’s census schedule has gone back before Parliament after a minor amendment proposed by the Senate.
The recommended change in wording specifies that censuses will be held “at least once” every ten years, as opposed to “not more than” every ten years.
The census rule is contained in the Statistics Amendment Act 2015.
