Butterfield hits 52-week low

The Bank of Butterfield has equalled its low for the past year after trading closed on The Royal Gazette/BSX yesterday.
The bank’s price fell five cents (three per cent) to $1.60 after 36,500 shares worth $58,970 changed hands in the sole trade of the day.
The Royal Gazette/BSX closed down 22.40 points (1.87 per cent) at 1174.50.
The BSX Insurance Index was up 16.61 points (1.06 per cent) at 1585.86.
