A Warwick man has been banned from the roads for a year after refusing to give Police a sample of breath.
Shannon Scraders, 34, apologised to Magistrates’ Court last week, telling Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo it would never happen again.
He was stopped on the night of April 15 after Police had to avoid his swerving vehicle, and eventually pulled over on Middle Road near the Longford Road junction.
Along with the one-year disqualification, Scraders was fined $800, with an additional $150 for not having a driver’s licence.
