Gabriel WilkinsonA public school teacher who has overcome a serious accident and the associated obstacles. He is an active member of the Young Adult Class, a member of the male voice choir and. was recently baptized.Tanaya TuckerRecently graduated with a degree in law. Age 21, she is on her way to becoming Bermuda's youngest lawyer. Tanaya is a member of the Young Adult class and the Anointed Souls of Praise.Latannia EllerbeAn accomplished violist. She has wowed audiences with her talent. She is also a member of the Young Adult class.Dionne GreeneAn active member of the Young Adult Class, and a member of the Anointed Souls of Praise. She leads the children's dance ministry and is also a YPD leader. More recently, Dionne has been asked to speak at various churches. She was recently baptised. She is a public school teacher who has a Master’s degree in Intellectual Disabilities/Autism.Temar RichardsRecently graduated with a Masters degree in Actuarial Science. He is preparing for a new adventure, having accepted a position to work in New York.Callan BassettAn entrepreneur, owning and operating his own business. He has held various offices within the Young People's Department. Callan is also a member of the male voice choir and the Young Adult Class.Ruth FurbertRuth (Alana Paige) is 22 years old and attends University College in Birmingham in Birmingham, England. She is a member of Richard Allen since birth. She has served many times as a delegate for the Sunday School Convention. She attended Francis Patton, Clearwater Middle School, Learning Express Academy, CedarBridge Academy, the Bermuda College. She participated in the Mr and Ms CedarBridge and won the title of Ms Photogenic. She attended the Bermuda College. In 2009 she joined 'Up With People' and traveled to Taiwan, Mexico and the USA. From this opportunity she received a dance intern and an Advance dance Intern. After 'Up with People' she worked as a teller at Capital G before going off to study at University College, Birmingham. She hopes to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Studies and obtain a Master’s Degree in Special Education.Deidre JonesAn active member of the YPD where she served in numerous capacities. In 2000 she was the AME Youth of the Year. Deidre attended the Berkeley Institute where she served as Deputy Head Girl and House captain. She was a Rotary exchange student and spent two years in Belgium. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Western Ontario. After three years of working for the Bank of New York Mellon, she returned to school to complete her Master of Science Degree in 0ccupational Therapy at Howard University. She is currently employed at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital as an Occupational Therapist.Akilah Lapsley-DyerCurrently works at the Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute as an Occupational Therapist. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Temple University and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. She is a member of St. Paul AME Church and has served on the Junior Usher Board, as a YPD member, a church school member. She attended VSB, was a liturgical dancer and a member of the music ministry. Last year she served as a part of the Women Day Committee. She loves the arts, helping people and spending time with family. ).Carlsen Philip IIA member of St Paul, and was a member of Mother Sunbeams, Allen Stars, the junior choir, YPD St Paul Cub Scouts. Carlsen has attended the Christian Education Congress in Dover, Delaware as well as the YPD Institute. A graduate of Warwick Academy and Hill School in Pennsylvania, he attended Bermuda College and is now a student at Howard University pursuing a degree in Economics. He has been a volunteer at the Bermuda Regiment and also a co-host on the Sunday afternoon radio programme,”Progressive Minds.” In September he will begin his exchange programme in Economics in Barcelona, Spain.Cara PhilipA member of St. Paul, was a member of Mother Sunbeams, Allen Stars, the junior choir, YPD and the first St Paul Brownie Pack. Cara has attended the Christian Education Congress in Dover Delaware as well as the YPD Institute. She is a graduate of Warwick Academy and Ethel Walker School in Connecticut. A student at the Bermuda College with a GPA of 3.88. She is also the recipient of several in-house education awards. She is a member of the Christian club and the Literary Club. Cara is an employee at Alberfeldy Nursery where she has worked for several summers. She is pursuing a degree in English.Ali MuhammedHas worked at KEMH for the last nine years. Eight as a nursing orderly on CCU upper, lower and on cooper ward as well as in emergency as an ambulance attendant. Last November he transferred to surgical services and in June of this year completed the Operating room attendant's course.Brandon SmithIs 23 years old and is currently enrolled in University in NY to receive his degree in music and is now a new father! Brandon has been an active member at Vernon Temple as the Music Director .Jecoa BurrowsA young man who is active in the community. He is involved with multiple youth groups on the island and is choir Director of Vernon Temple teen choir "Youth of Authority!"Shampayne CannA young mother of two children who is a new member of Vernon Temple. She is very active and has a beautiful spirit. Currently she holds the position of King Kidz Teacher in her Church School.
