A St George’s man denied receiving stolen goods when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court this morning.

Alberto DeCuto, 25, was charged with dishonestly receiving a silver sample ring, worth $50, which belonged to Linda Adderley, of ER Aubrey Jewellers, knowing or believing the item to be stolen, on a date unknown between October 12 and December 29 last year.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted $1,000 bail and set a trial date for June 9.
