Troncossi recruits former New York PR consultant
A former New York public relations consultant has signed up with Bermuda firm Troncossi.
Maroussia Czarny has joined the firm as a public relations consultant.
Troncossi chief Liz Tee said: “Having worked on PR campaigns for well-recognised global companies, Maroussia brings big-agency experience that will be invaluable to the consultancy and to our clients.
“With Maroussia on board, we look forward to bringing creative communications tactics to the table that will help elevate our clients’ public image.”
Ms Czarny, 30, originally from Connecticut, joined Troncossi from Cohn & Wolfe in New York, a global communications and public relations agency.
She worked on corporate accounts, advocacy work and internal communications for healthcare companies and was also responsible for providing strategic advice and looking after client projects, including crisis communications and social media work.
She has previously worked at Burns McClellan Life Sciences Communications in New York, where she devised campaigns to boost clients’ awareness among the media, potential investors and others, as well as coordinating events at industry conferences.
Ms Czarny graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Smith College in Massachusetts and started her career as a research study assistant at New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
