the Commercial League as the only team with a perfect record after two matches.

Fire Service, just promoted to the top division, beat Spinning Wheel 4-3 in a match that produced two hat-tricks...including Des Minors' second of the season for Spinning Wheel to take his tally for seven.

But Minors, last season's top scorer with 27 goals, was upstaged as Troy Furbert also hit a hat-trick for Fire to help them come from 2-1 down at the half.

Randy Boyles, who scored Fire's only goal last weekend against Island Rangers, scored their winner again to help make it two wins out of two.

MR Onions surprised Robin Hood -- last season's runners-up -- 1-0 on a Gary Wilson first half goal, while champions BAA Wanderers bounced back from their opening day loss to North Village Rams by beating Lobster Pot 2-0. Vincent Chaves and Gary Flood scored their goals.

Rams could only manage a 1-1 draw with St. George's All-Stars who picked up their first point of the season. Both goals came via the penalty spot, Ralph Bean scoring for Rams and Delbert Minors for the All-Stars.

Island Rangers were the big winners in the division, slamming Mariners 6-2 to record their first win of the season. Rangers had six different scorers as Duane DeRosa, Michael Bremar, Wendell Anderson, Blane Outerbridge, David Tear and Keith Bremar all netted. Michael Bean scored both Mariners goals.

In the B Division, Devonshire Colts All-Stars slammed Exiles 6-1. Paul Frias, Jeff Richardson, Robert Tota, Quincy Jones and Roderick Cox (2) scored for the All-Stars. Wolves Pack also won 6-1, over Devonshire Lions, as Daniel Stovell scored a hat-trick and Gregory Talbot, Samuel Lambe and Casey Burgess tallied for the winners. Raynell Perinchief replied for Lions.

Denton Leader hit all four goals for Prison Officers in their 4-3 win over Somerset Extros. Steven Riley (2) and Craig Brangman replied for the Extros.

Casey Butterfield netted twice as Belco beat Bermuda Pest Control 3-1. Shawn Spencer got the other Belco goal while George Braithwaite netted for the losers.
