A Sandys man was this morning charged with causing the death of 21-year-old Earl Ingemann on January 1.

Quincy Brangman, 31, appeared at Magistrates’ Court where he was charged with causing the death of Mr. Ingemann by driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol.

An alternate charge of causing Mr. Ingemann’s death through driving in a manner dangerous to the public was also put forward.

Brangman, who is currently being held in remand for another matter, was ordered to return to court on September 16 for mention.
