KPMG Junior Road Running Series 2006 Junior 3K & 6K Race at the Botanical Gardens. Number pick up begins at 8 a.m. The first race is at 9 a.m. The entry fee is compliments of KPMG. The series continues through February and March. Complete four out of five races and be eligible for a $200 gift certificate. The entry deadline is January 20. Pickup stations are at local schools, The Pro Shop, Sportseller and Sports R Us.
The Peter Grayson Memorial 5K Walk will take place starting from the John Smith's Bay parking lot at 2 p.m. Refreshments at John's Smith's Bay following the walk. Donations accepted for PALS.
