The upcoming Bermuda Gourmet Getaway will also include an Evening of Castello Banfi. The evening for wine lovers will be this Friday from 7 to 10 p.m. at Café Coco at the Coco Reef Resort on South Shore Road, Paget.

"An Evening of Castello Banfi is an event not to be missed," said event producer Michelle Halpin.

Chef John Pritchard has created an exquisite five-course Tuscan inspired menu which will be paired with five vintages from the famed Tuscan Vintner. Over the course of the evening guests will be presented with five mouth-watering dishes

Castello Banfi is world renowned for being named Italy's Premier Vineyard Estate at the VinItaly wine fair for 11 consecutive years.

It was the first winery in the world to be internationally recognised for exceptional environmental, ethical and social responsibility as well as an international leader in customer satisfaction.

Castello Banfi has also been recognised as the winery of the Year by both Wine Enthusiast and Wine & Spirits Magazine and Top Ten Wines (Castello Banfi Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Poggio all'Oro) by Wine Spectator.

The Bermuda Gourmet Getaway is an international showcase of celebrity and local chefs, gourmet food, wine and culinary personalities, which are infused in the Evening of Castello Banfi dinner.
