A 39-year-old Smith’s man has denied having cannabis, cocaine and diamorphine.

Vincent Burch pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court this morning to being in possession of 0.76 grams of diamorphine with intent to supply on May 16 in Southampton.

He also pleaded not guilty to being in possession of 2.09g of cannabis with intent to supply and 0.16g of cocaine with intent to supply.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner set a trial date of January 13 and released Mr Burch on $10,000 bail with one surety.
