BF&M Ltd. has appointed Gregory Haycock a director, the company told the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).

Mr. Haycock joined KPMG as a partner in 1985 after spending eight years in industry in Bermuda and at his retirement in September was the senior partner of KPMG in Bermuda, a KPMG International Council member and a board member of KPMG Europe.

Mr. Haycock has held positions on a number of local boards, including the Bermuda Monetary Authority, a leading local bank, the Royal Gazette Limited and the Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited.

He is immediate past chairman of the board of the Bermuda International Business Association (BIBA).

He is also a past president and council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda and during his tenure was also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants board of governors.

In 1993 Mr. Haycock was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda.
