St. George's Parasail & Watersports Ltd.

Owners Mr. Jamal Keibu Hart and Mr. Brian Kissenberger have applied to the Registrar of Companies to change the company's name to more closely identify it with its St. George's base, said Seabreeze manager Mr. Maxwell Hart, whose son is Jamal.

The business, operated from the Caribbean Lounge dock, will have the same ownership -- only the name will change, noted Mr. Hart, who will also continue as manager.

"St. George's is an excellent location for parasailing and the name Seabreeze, we felt, just did not fit. We wanted to embrace the town of St.

George's, so we decided to change the name,'' he said.

The company started in August and according to the manager, the first few months of operation were "encouraging'', despite starting in the middle of the high season. The location, close to the cruise ships, is beneficial as well, he said.

The new business will continue to offer parasailing while the owners are exploring possible jet ski rentals and snorkelling as new parts of the business, added Mr. Hart.

The proposed new company is expected to will take over all of Seabreeze's assets and operations.
