Hot on the heels of four redundancies at Rosewood Tucker’s Point, another leading Bermuda hotel has had to cut staff.Four workers at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel — two of them Bermudians — lost their jobs on Friday, The Royal Gazette understands.The latest redundancies were attributed by a source to “cost-cutting measures”.Both hotels got new managing directors this year, with Duncan Graham taking the helm at Tucker’s Point in April, and George Terpilowski appointed head of both the Island’s Fairmont Hotels in August.
