La Leche League of Bermuda will hold a support group meeting open to pregnant women, new mothers and babies at 10.30 am in the First Floor Conference Room at King Edward Memorial Hospital. The meeting topic is "Healthy Families, Nutrition and Weaning."LLL of Bermuda is a registered charity, offering mother-to-mother help and encouragement to women wanting to breastfeed their babies. An accredited La Leche League Leader will be present to answer questions and address concerns. The meeting discussions include the latest medical research as well as personal experience. Bermuda Maritime Museum, Dockyard: (1) Commissioner's House: The Exploring Voyage of HMS Challenger in Bermuda 1873. A selection of original and reproduction photographs depicting Bermuda, which were used as evidence in the scientific reports of the Challenger voyage, 1872-76. (2) From the Fay and Geoffrey Elliott Collection: 'U-505 Captured', an exhibit telling the remarkable story of the capture off western Africa and the hiding in Bermuda of the submarine U-505. (3) Steinhoff Magazine, High Cave: 'Prisoners in Paradise' : Artifacts in Bermuda cedar/stone/other materials created by Dockyard convict establishment, and prisoners of the Boer and World Wars.
