Letter arrives after three weeks
This is a letter to the Bermuda Post Office that was copied to The Royal Gazette.

Dear Sir,
Congratulations! The letter arrived today. Twenty-two days (three weeks and one day!) for airmail postage to NYC. I wonder if this is a new low in the history of the Bermuda Post Office? Just so you know that this is not an isolated incident, my husband tells me that yesterday he chased a client in BDA for the return of some paperwork. The answer? It was mailed in BDA over two weeks ago. Airmail.
Go figure.
I think you will really have to rethink your entire reason for existing. The sole purpose of the post office is to deliver the mail in a timely manner. Clearly you fall far short of this. Why bother at all? Let FedEx do the entire thing & save the country a whole lot of money.
Sign me: fed up with excuses and poor service!
