Bermuda ended their Island Games on a high note as the men successfully defended their basketball title.The team took the gold medal with a 76-57 win over Saaremaa this afternoon, the Island's third gold of the game and 18 medal overall.Damian Palayandi added a golfing bronze to the collection earlier in the day after his final round 74 saw him squeeze into third by one shot ahead of a three way tie for fourth between Robert Eggo (Guernsey) Tom Harris (Isle of Man) and Steven Rendall (Orkney).Paul Lowey from the Isle of Man won the gold with a comfortable five shots separating him and silver medalist Brandon Robinson-Thompson from the Isle of Wight.
