Student convicted of motorcycle offences

Prosecutor Sgt. Anthony Mouchette said a Police patrol spotted Pacheco near Knapton Hill "popping a wheelie''.
He was pursued and stopped. Pacheco told the officers that he knew that the motorcycle he was riding had an oversized engine.
Senior Magistrate Will Francis fined Pacheco $150 for riding the cycle when he was disqualified by reason of age, $150 for not having any insurance and $100 for riding an unlicensed vehicle.
