As a result of the credible accounts of two witnesses and clothes found at the scene Ms Mapp told Outerbridge he was convicted as charged.
And she rejected defence claims that statements to Police were coerced; there was nothing in the way the statements were collected that would render them inadmissible, she said in handing down her decision.
The charge was laid following an April 6 1995 incident when a Police surveillance team observed Outerbridge walk up the drive to the rectory of St.
Peter's Church, remove his clothes and appear to masturbate at the window.
Subsequently alerted to the Police presence Outerbridge ran-off naked across the St. George's golf course, leaving his clothes and sneakers behind.
He was picked up the next day for questioning and when asked to explain his actions to Police, Outerbridge replied: "I don't know, stupidity I guess.'' Simmons became violent after he was approached by an officer, lashing out at him with both fists.
The court heard the three offences occurred while Simmons was drunk. He had little recollection of them.
