Police capture fugitive

Police today recaptured fugitive Shane Todd after he was spotted by a member of the public.Todd, who escaped while on work release last week Friday, was caught in a straightforward police operation in the area of Summit View Drive, Hamilton Parish, at about 11am.He has been taken to Hamilton Police Station.
