OSG lost $2.31 million for the three months to September 30, compared to a $4.51 million profit in the same period a year earlier.

The company said Celebrity, Bermuda's major cruise line, took a loss in what is normally its most profitable quarter due to the withdrawal of the Horizon for 11 days.
