Man denies gun parts importation charges

The trial of a man charged with smuggling gun components into Bermuda got under way in Supreme Court yesterday. (MON)
James Rumley, 38, pleaded not guilty to three counts of importation of parts of firearms.
The offences are alleged to have taken place on June 3 and October 14 last year.
The morning was taken up with jury selection and the case was adjourned by Puisne Judge Juan Wolffe until Thursday.
