A Pembroke man has denied injuring someone by driving carelessly.
Michael Clarke, 40, of North Shore Road, pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court this morning to causing grievous bodily harm to Marcus Dawson by driving without due care and attention on North Shore Road, Devonshire, on May 23.
Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe set a trial date of March 13, but, after Mr Clarke pointed out this was his birthday, it was changed to March 16.
Bail was set at $1,500.
