But 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the Hospital and its staff continue to tend to Bermuda's sick and wounded, often unappreciated and working under trying conditions.

The Hospital's front line troops are the staff of the Emergency Department who deal with everything from asthma to stabbings on a 24-hour basis.
