The firm, now on Jubilee Road, Devonshire,wants to move to a 9,800 square-foot site on Addendum Lane, Pembroke. It plans to occupy the basement while the mezzanine and ground floor will be rented out.

Owner Gilbert Lopes said: "We have about 42 people working in construction and three in the carpentry department. We will be looking to add five to six more people to the firm.''
