Man threatened to `bust' a head

Once there, he damaged a door and told the partner of his ex-girlfriend, "You think I won't bust your head open with this block.'' Santucci told the court he had gone to the house to get his belongings and find out "what's going on''.
Magistrate the Wor. Charles-Etta Simmons told him he needed a Police escort to go there again.
She bound him over to keep the peace for one year warning him there would be serious consequences if he came before her again.
FORCED TO FORFEIT FOREIGN CURRENCY CTS Forced to forfeit foreign currency Kenneth Eugene Darrell paid a heavy price yesterday for flouting Bermuda's exchange control regulations.
He was fined $1,000, and told the US$3,824.76 he tried to export illegally would be forfeited.
Prosecutor Insp. Peter Duffy told the court the offence came to light when Darrell passed through the US Customs pre-clearance area before he flew off the Island on March 25.
US$6,218 was found on him -- US$3,824.76 more than he was authorised to export by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
Mr. Peter Farge, defending, said Darrell, who admitted the offence, threw himself at the mercy of the court. He pointed out Darrell, of Alexandra Road, Devonshire, had recently lost his job.

And yesterday he told the court: "It was for my personal use. I'm embarrassed to be here.'' Prosecutor Insp. Peter Duffy told the court Police saw Jones' van parked on a lawn on July 15. They found Jones inside smoking what seemed to be a home-made cigarette, which turned out to contain cannabis.
Insp. Duffy said the drug was also discovered in a pocket in Jones' trousers.
The total amount of cannabis was 3.01 grams, he added.
Jones, of Princess Street, Pembroke, was fined $300 after he admitted possessing cannabis.

Black, of Border Lane North, Pembroke, admitted marine speeding and was given three months conditional discharge.
